ARTISTIC GATHERING AT

THE CORNER

Ginkgo, in collaboration with Antaeus, is delighted to invite you to the exhibition of artists Marie De Decker and Hervé Saint Hélier at The Corner (16a Avenue de la Liberté, 1930 Luxembourg). Ginkgo places art at the heart of its initiatives, showcasing talents and artistic worlds that broaden perspectives and awaken the senses.

Marie De Decker, born in Montmartre and living between Luxembourg, Paris, and Mauritius, reinvents gilding by combining tradition and innovation. Her works, handcrafted with pure materials, allow light to play on wood, mother-of-pearl, and other organic substances. Inspired by the mangroves of the Indian Ocean, she celebrates nature, spirituality, and eternity through luminous creations ranging from sculptural objects to gilded photographs.

Hervé Saint Hélier, a photographer with a poetic eye, turned to art after a career in photojournalism. His series, created during travels in Russia, Japan, and Cuba, capture architectural forms, plays of light, and human silhouettes within a visual universe that is both dreamlike and graphic.

This exhibition supports WEGA, a Luxembourgish NGOs accredited by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, which works to improve living conditions for vulnerable communities, particularly women and children, through sustainable empowerment projects. The artists donate 10% of their sales to WEGA (eligible for a tax deduction), thereby directly contributing to WEGA’s initiatives.

We would be honored by your presence to discover these artistic worlds and to support a meaningful cause together
